1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sharjah Centre website, [www.sharjahcentrepk.com] (the "Site"), and any purchases made through it. The Site is operated by Sharjah Centre ("we", "us", "our").

By browsing the Site, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age, or using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Products and Availability

We sell home-living products including dinner sets, cookware, tea sets, cutlery, hotelware, décor, and kitchen electronics.

All products are subject to availability. We may limit or discontinue any product at any time. We reserve the right to restrict the quantity of any item sold to any customer or order.

4. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, colours, finishes, and textures may vary from what appears on your screen due to display settings, and natural variation in materials such as ceramic, porcelain, and glass. Slight variations are not defects.

We do not warrant that product descriptions, pricing, or other content on the Site is complete or error-free. If a product is not as described, your sole remedy is to return it unused in accordance with our Refund and Returns Policy.

5. Pricing

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice. In the event of a pricing error, we may cancel any affected order, even after it has been confirmed, and will refund any amount paid.

6. Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to purchase. An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not constitute acceptance.

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for reasons including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or problems verifying your details. Where we cancel an order for which you have paid, we will issue a full refund.

7. Payment

For Cash on Delivery orders, payment is due in full at the time of delivery. For prepaid orders, your order will be processed once payment is confirmed. You confirm that any payment details you provide are valid and belong to you.

Delivery timelines, charges, and coverage areas are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Please inspect fragile items on arrival and report any transit damage as set out in our Refund and Returns Policy.

9. Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our separate Refund and Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including the Sharjah Centre name and logo, text, images, graphics, and product photography — is our property or used under licence and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

You agree not to use the Site to: submit false or fraudulent orders; upload harmful code; infringe our or others' rights; harvest data; or interfere with the Site's operation. We may suspend or terminate access for any breach of these Terms.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sharjah Centre shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of the Site or products purchased through it. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sharjah Centre against any claims, losses, or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
