Product Care Guide

Keeping Your Tableware Brand New

Keep your dinnerware, glassware, and kitchen essentials looking new for years to come.

Crockery & Fine Bone China

Take care of your delicate plates and bowls to prevent scratches and chips.

  • Wash with Care: Use a soft sponge and warm, soapy water. Avoid hard scouring pads.

  • Microwave Safety: Do not microwave items with gold, silver, or metallic borders.

  • Smart Stacking: Place a napkin or felt divider between plates when stacking to avoid scratches.

Glassware & Crystal

Keep your glasses clear, shiny, and safe from cracks.

  • Avoid Heat Shock: Never pour boiling hot liquids into cold glass. Let hot glasses cool before washing.

  • Hand Wash Recommended: Wash glasses individually using mild dish soap.

  • Drying: Air dry on a towel or wipe gently with a soft cotton cloth for a streak-free shine.

Insulated Hotpots

Protect your hotpot insulation so your food stays warm longer.

  • Cleaning: Wipe the smooth outside with a damp cloth. Clean the inside stainless steel liner with warm water and soap.

  • Do Not Submerge: Never dip the full hotpot underwater to protect the outer insulation layer.

  • No Direct Heat: Hotpots are made to keep food warm, not to cook food on a stove or open flame.

Stainless Steel Cutlery & Cookware

Maintain the shiny finish on your spoons, forks, and pots.

  • Rinse Early: Wash food off cutlery soon after eating to avoid spots and stains.

  • Avoid Steel Wool: Use soft sponges so you do not dull or scratch the shiny finish.

  • Dry Completely: Towel dry items completely before placing them in drawers.
